The market is the heart of the area, so there are always people walking by, selling vegetables or just chatting. Our clinic is just a simple room with shelves full of homeopathic medicines and a desk where we talk to people. It’s not a shiny, modern medical center. It feels more like a local shop where you can sit down and talk about what’s bothering you. The floor is a bit worn from all the people coming in and out over the years, and it can get a bit loud with the market noises right outside the door. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and wait if we are busy with someone else. Most of the folks who visit us are from the villages nearby or work right here in Tandwa. We keep things very informal and practical. There is no need for big words or complicated systems here. We just listen to what people say and give them the homeopathic remedies they need. It is a quiet kind of work in a noisy market. We like being right in the middle of everything where it’s easy for people to reach us while they are doing their daily chores.
