Even so, the atmosphere in the office stays very casual. People drop by just to say hello sometimes, not even for business matters. That's fine with us. The address is easy to remember since it’s just 5 Apegaon. Paperwork takes up a lot of time, especially in the afternoons. It can get a bit dusty with the road nearby, but we keep the place as clean as we can. Complicated jargon isn't used here when we talk to people. If someone has a question, we just explain it like we’re talking over a cup of chai. Keeping the office running smoothly for the folks here in Maharashtra is the main thing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for the community. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice.
