If you ever find yourself in the Waluj MIDC area, you will see a lot of sheds and factories. We are at Plot No - X 79. Shri Ambika Food Processors Private Limited is tucked away in this industrial zone. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the nearby units. You can hear machinery humming all day long. We have been at this plot for some time now. The morning shift starts when the sun is barely up, and we are usually there late if there is a lot to process. Waluj is one of those places where everyone is just busy working. There isn't much to see except for other plots and trucks. Inside our space, it’s all about the food processing equipment. We spend a lot of time cleaning things and making sure the machines are running right. It gets a bit dusty outside because of the road work and the traffic, but we keep our area as tidy as we can. We don’t really do meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we just talk over the sound of the equipment or stand out by the gate for a breather. It’s a straightforward business. We take the raw ingredients and turn them into whatever we are making that day. There is no secret to it, just staying on top of the schedule. Most of our guys have been working in Waluj for years, so they know the drill.
