Shree Marotrao Urban Nidhi Limited

Our office is over in the CIDCO area of Aurangabad, at N7 Mhada R 28. The full address is Hig Iicidco. Shree Marotrao Urban Nidhi Limited is the name we use. We are actually located care of Shri B M Kapse. It is more of a residential neighborhood than a business district. This makes our office feel very different from a typical bank. It’s a much more personal space. We deal with the local community in the 431101 area. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people living in the Mhada colony. We help them manage their savings and take care of their financial records. The office is simple and not at all flashy. We have our desks and our chairs, and that is about it. We don't have any of those expensive marketing materials. We just rely on being here every day and doing our job well. People stop by to talk about their accounts and often stay for a bit of a chat. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people helping out other people in Aurangabad-Aurangabad. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with cars and bikes, but it’s a good place to be. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now and we’re quite happy with how things are going.
