People in Undangaon usually find us by looking for the Bank of Baroda. We are right across from it. It is a good landmark because everyone knows the bank. Our clinic in Aurangabad is quite straightforward. We have a front door that stays open during the day to let some air in. It gets quite hot in the afternoons here. We have a couple of benches for patients. Most of the people who come in are farmers or local shop owners from the village. They tell us about their crops while we check their blood pressure. It is a very social place in that way. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from cleaning to assisting the doctor. We see a lot of the same faces every month. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use torches or just wait it out. That is just life in this part of the country. We keep a stock of basic medicines on the shelves. The floor is made of stone and stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down outside. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here by word of mouth. If the gate is open, we are working. It’s a simple life. We help out with whatever health problems come up. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for the folks around here. We like being part of this community and getting to know everyone.
