SHIWARPAN URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We are Shiwarpan Urban Nidhi Limited and we’ve been operating out of this spot at 93, Mhada Col E31 in Pipri for a bit now. Sarika Selsukar is usually around the office making sure things are in order. We are right near the Matoshri Sabhagruh, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s not a huge fancy corporate building or anything like that. Just a regular room with some desks where we sit and deal with the paperwork for people in the neighborhood. Some mornings it gets a little dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep the windows open anyway. People stop in to talk about their money and we listen to them. It's quiet most days until the afternoon rush hits. We don't have a big marketing budget or glossy brochures to hand out. We just use plain paper and pens. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. Pipri is a decent place to work. Neighbors walk by and wave through the door. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just helping folks manage their savings and loans without making it too complicated. Life is already busy enough for everyone here. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can’t. If you’re looking for us, just look for the Mhada colony sign and head towards the Sabhagruh.
