You can find us at Shivswarajya Properties Llp over in Shop No 4/5 on the second floor of Shreeyash Plaza. We are right in the middle of the Town Centre in CIDCO, which is usually a very hectic place to be. Being on the second floor of Plot No G 8 gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly it’s just a lot of people moving around. The office is basically two shops that we have knocked together to make enough room for our desks and a small corner where we keep the kettle. CIDCO is always changing, and there is always some new development being discussed, so we stay pretty busy just keeping up with the local news. The plaza itself gets quite crowded during the middle of the day, so we often end up eating lunch at our desks while going over site plans. We don’t really do the whole fancy office thing with big signs and lights. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down with folks and look at what’s available in the area. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, but we don’t mind. It feels like a real workplace where actual things get done. We know most of the other shop owners in the building, and it feels like a little community of its own right here in the heart of the town centre.
