You can find Shivdhan Properties LLP over in the Khokadpura area of Aurangabad. We are located right opposite Shivaji School, which is the easiest way to explain where we are. If you see the school, you are basically there. We share the space with Vivek Dhanuka's setup. It is a lively part of town because of all the students and parents moving around during the day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when school lets out, but we don't mind the noise much. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our office is simple, with just enough chairs for whoever drops in to talk. We spend our mornings checking on local property news and the rest of the day usually involves a lot of walking or driving around the city. Aurangabad has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. We aren't into fancy presentations or big marketing stuff. We just know the streets and who is selling what. The office gets quite a bit of dust because of the road outside, but we clean it up every morning. We drink tea from the shop next door and talk to the neighbors. It is a very local way of doing things, and that suits us just fine. We just try to stay busy and keep track of everything happening in the local market. It takes a lot of time to get through all the paperwork we have at the desk.
