Our office is located in Shivaji Nagar, which is part of the Waluj area in Gangapur. We are on Plot 3 in Shraddha Colony, right at Gat number 364. Waluj is a mix of industrial spots and new housing, and we handle a lot of the development work around here. The office is a basic single-story setup with a couple of rooms for meetings and paperwork. It is much quieter in Shraddha Colony than it is out on the main highway. We spend most of our daylight hours out in the sun looking at different plots of land. Our maps and land records are stacked on the desks and some are even curling at the edges from the heat. We have lived in this region for many years, so we understand the local soil and the rules quite well. It isn't a corporate environment at all. Usually, you will find someone sitting on a plastic chair outside waiting for their documents to be processed. We have a small television in the corner that usually stays on the news. During the summer, it gets very dusty, so we are always cleaning the desks. People from the nearby villages often come by to discuss land deals over tea. We don't use complicated words or fancy presentations. We just show people what is available and tell them the truth about the plots. Most of our clients are families we have known for a long time.
