You can find us at Sai Haritage in Alankar Society. We are in flat B-1, which is right behind the Essar petrol pump in the Garkheda area of Aurangabad. It’s a nice enough spot, easy to describe to people when they are trying to find us. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing with real estate. The office is small but it gets the job done. Garkheda is a place we know inside and out because we spend all our time here. It’s a lot of footwork, going from one site to another and then coming back to the flat to file the papers. We don't have a big corporate office in a skyscraper. It’s just this residential space where we meet clients and discuss what they're looking for. Sometimes we lose track of time talking about local prices and how the neighborhood is changing. People usually come to us because they know someone we helped before. It’s all very word-of-mouth. We don't do much advertising. We just try to be honest about what we know. There’s always some noise from the petrol pump area, but it’s part of the background now. We keep things very casual here. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or talking on the mobile. It’s just how we run the business every day, nothing too complicated about how we operate.
