Shakti Herbal India

We are located over in the Cidco area, specifically at N-9, M-2/17/2, right near the Mahatma Fule Garden in Ranapratap. It’s a nice spot, especially with the garden so close by. Shakti Herbal India is where we process different herbs and natural products. You can usually smell the dried leaves and roots from the street if the wind is blowing right. It’s a small setup. We have a few rooms where we dry things out and then pack them up into bags or jars. It’s mostly hand work. We don't have those big automated machines that you see in large factories. We prefer doing things by hand because you can see the quality better that way. The shelves are full of different powders, oils, and extracts. It gets a bit crowded during harvest times when we get a lot of raw materials in from the suppliers. My family helps with the packing and the labeling in the evenings. We aren't doctors, but we know our plants and what they have been used for traditionally. People from the neighborhood stop by to pick up what they need for their homes. It’s a quiet kind of business. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just keep our heads down and keep the shop clean.
