We operate from Plot K-88 in the Waluj MIDC area. It’s a large industrial zone, and our plot is right in the middle of all the action. We have a decent-sized space where we manage our operations. Most of our day is taken up by overseeing the production and making sure the staff has everything they need. It’s a noisy environment with all the machines running, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea breaks, which is usually when we get a chance to catch up and talk about things other than work. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We prefer to be out on the floor where the real work happens. Logistics can be a bit of a headache sometimes with trucks coming in and out, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Waluj area since we first started here. New buildings go up, and old ones change hands, but we’ve stayed put at K-88. It's a solid place to work. We don't go in for anything too complicated. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to get through the list of tasks for the day. It’s a practical, everyday sort of job for all of us and we just take things as they come. When the shift ends, we're all ready for a break.
