You can find Sarojanand Foods And Trading over in the Mitmita area. We are located at Kasliwal Tarangan, which is a nice enough place to work from. We do a mix of food processing and trading. Some days are purely about the food side, and other days we are just handling the trading part. It gets a bit confusing sometimes, but we keep a logbook for everything. We are not big on fancy computers or systems. Paper and pen work well enough for us. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet in the mornings. My brother and I started this because we knew a lot of farmers and suppliers. It made sense to start a trading business. Mitmita is a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice. We don't have to deal with too much traffic here. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we have to slow down. We just focus on what is right in front of us. We are not planning to expand to every city or anything like that. Just staying here and doing our job is enough for now. We've had some ups and downs like anyone else starting out. A few years ago, we almost moved, but we decided to stay put in Kasliwal Tarangan. It feels like home now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. It’s just a normal business run by normal people.
