Sangmesh Clinic

We have been here in Tamsa for a while now. Our clinic, Sangmesh Clinic, is right across from Tuljai Hospital. People around Nanded usually find us easily because of that landmark. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy. Just a doctor and some staff trying to help folks who walk in. Most days are busy, especially in the mornings when the market nearby gets crowded. We see a lot of local families. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit full, but we try to get to everyone as fast as we can. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical spot. The building is old but we keep it clean. It's just a regular local clinic. You might have seen us if you live around here. We handle general stuff, checkups, and basic things people need. Life in Tamsa is quiet, and we like being part of the community. If you need to find us, just look for the hospital across the road. We are usually open early. We don't do big advertisements. Most people know us through word of mouth. It's how things work here. We just focus on the work at hand. No big promises, just daily clinic life. We deal with common fevers and aches. The staff is local, so we speak the same language as the patients. It helps make things comfortable. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage. We’ve seen kids grow up and bring their own kids here now. That's just how time goes.
