Samarth Thyroclinic

The clinic is tucked into room 113 of the Advait building over in Tilak Nagar. It sits right across from Kandharkar Hospital, which is how most people find their way to us if they get turned around in the lanes. Tilak Nagar has its own rhythm, and being here in the Advait building means we see a lot of people coming and going for different things. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the daily check-ups and the work we do. Usually, the morning starts with opening the shutters and making sure the files from the day before are put away correctly. It can get a bit loud outside when the traffic picks up on the main road, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. The walls are a plain color, and we have the usual desk setup. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a minute, so a few people end up taking the stairs to reach us. It’s just a regular office setup where we do our jobs. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood, which makes the days go by a bit faster. There is a tea stall nearby where the staff usually grabs a quick break in the afternoon when things slow down for a bit. It’s a very local kind of place.
