Saishri Milk Collection Llp is our small venture located in Aurangabad. You can find us at Flat No B/1 in Chankya Pur, which is in the Shahnoorwadi area. The address has Aurangabad written a few times on the documents, but it’s basically just that one spot near the main road. We focus on milk collection, so our day starts very, very early. Before most people have even thought about waking up, we are already coordinating with the milk vans and the local producers. It’s a cycle that never really stops because cows don’t take days off. The office in Shahnoorwadi is where we handle the accounts and the logistics of where the milk needs to go once it’s collected. It’s a simple setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of logbooks. We have a few people who help with the actual collection and testing. Sometimes the machinery acts up or the trucks are late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the city. People need their milk every morning, and we are just one part of that chain. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It’s a quiet residential building for the most part, so we try to keep things organized without making too much noise. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people.
