Our business is Sai Siddhi Land Developers Private Limited. We are located in Aurangabad, specifically at Plot No 41 in the CIDCO Growth Center of Waluj Mahanagar-1. The place is called Narayani. It’s out in Tisgaon, which is an area that’s seeing a lot of new activity lately. We focus on land development, which basically means we spend our time looking at dirt and figuring out how to turn it into something useful. It’s not always fast work. There’s a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to the local authorities. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a fleet of cars. We’re just local people who know this part of Aurangabad well. Our office is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep our maps and meet with people who are interested in what we’re doing. The heat in Waluj can be pretty intense, so we’re usually out early in the morning before it gets too bad. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary. We just show people the land and tell them what the plan is. It takes time to develop a plot of land properly, and we don't like to rush things.
