Our office is at Yash Towers, specifically shop number six on the ground floor. It is right on Jalna Road in the Cidco part of Aurangabad. We’ve been operating Sai Prasanna Tours & Travels from this spot for quite a while now. The building is one of those older landmarks people recognize when they are driving by. It is nothing fancy inside, just a few desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of paper everywhere. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just step in off the street without climbing stairs. The noise from the traffic on Jalna Road is constant, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we keep meaning to fix. My nephew helps me with the bookings in the morning, and we usually have a thermos of tea going. We handle cars and bus tickets for people mostly. It is a simple setup for a local business. We don't have glossy brochures or a big sales pitch. Usually, people come in because they know us or someone told them we are here. The CIDCO area stays busy until late, so we often keep the lights on past seven. It’s just a regular place where we try to get the work done without too much fuss.
