We are located out at Gut No 13 in Abdimandi, which is near the Daulatabad area of Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of the city, but it’s a good place for a real estate office. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy glass building. It’s a simple partnership and we work out of this local spot where things are a bit quieter. The air is a little clearer out here than in the middle of town. We spend our days looking at land records and talking to local people about their property. Most of the folks who come to see us are from the nearby villages or they are interested in the land around Daulatabad. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just sit down with a cup of water and explain things as they are. Sometimes the internet doesn't work great, so we keep a lot of physical books and ledgers. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We know the history of the plots around here and who owned what years ago. It’s honest, practical work that keeps us connected to the local community. We don't need any flashy ads to let people know we are here. They know where to find us when they need help with their land.
