Saheel Land City Private Limited

Our place is located in Gandhinagar, Aurangabad, right off NH-2 in Bihar. Saheel Land City Private Limited is mostly focused on land and local development out here. We have our office set up on Plot No. 2575/3886. It is a straightforward business. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything. We just help people figure out land plots and how to get things built in this part of the state. The NH-2 keeps us connected, but it can get quite dusty and loud with all the trucks passing by. We spend a lot of time looking at Khata records and maps of the local area. It is a lot of detail-oriented work that most people find boring, but it is what we do. We aren't a massive company with a big budget. It is just a group of us who know the local geography. People from the nearby villages and towns come in to talk about their land or what is happening with new projects. We try to give them clear answers. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is too hot to go out to the fields. Other days we are on our feet from morning until night. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell folks what we can do and then we try to do it. It is a basic way to run things, but it has worked for us so far in this corner of Bihar.
