SAHAS NIDHI LIMITED

We are over here at House Number 27 on Jatwada Road, right in the Harsool area. It is part of the M. Jyotibahos Society in Aurangabad, 431001. Most people around here know the spot because it’s where we handle the daily money things for folks in the neighborhood. We started Sahas Nidhi Limited because we saw a need for a place where people could just come in and talk about their savings without all the big bank fuss. It is a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit down and look over the paperwork. My cousin helped get the paint done last year. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and waiting for the neighbors to drop by with their passbooks. It gets a bit dusty on this road with the traffic going towards Harsool, but we keep the doors open. We have been in this society for a while now. Some days are busier than others, especially at the start of the month when everyone gets their pay. We just try to keep the books straight and make sure everyone gets their entries done right. You can find us pretty easily if you are coming from the main part of Aurangabad. Just look for the society gate. We don't have a big neon sign or anything, just a small board. It works for us and the people who live around here. We are just regular people helping other regular people with their small savings.
