Our office handles a lot of personal records and details, which might seem a bit dry to some people. We spend our time looking at things like dates of birth, gender, and nationality. We also keep track of educational qualifications, including the exams people have passed and the institutes they attended. It’s a lot of sorting through marks obtained and making sure everything matches up. The space we work in is quite simple. We have some long tables, some metal cupboards for the files, and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s not a fancy place with polished floors; it’s just a room where we get the job done. We deal with marital status and all sorts of other personal data that comes through the door. It takes a lot of patience to get all the Sr. No. entries right. We aren't trying to be a big marketing firm or anything like that. We just provide a place where these details are recorded and managed properly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one file at a time. Most of us have been doing this for years, so it’s just second nature now. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate on the door. It’s just how we operate.
