Al- Saba Trading Co.

Saha Bazar is always crowded, and our place at House No. 2/3/43 is right in the middle of all that noise. Al- Saba Trading Co. has been operating out of this house for quite some time. It is a bit cramped because we store a lot of the trading goods right here where we sit. Some days the humidity makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep moving. We talk to a lot of different people throughout the day, mostly suppliers and people looking for specific items. It is not like those modern offices you see in the city center; it is more like a home that turned into a workspace over the years. We have stuff piled up in the corners and the phone rings pretty much constantly. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always something to count or a list to check. People know us in the bazar, and we know them. It is a very direct way of doing business, just honest trading without any of those complicated corporate layers. We just open up the doors in the morning, check what needs to be sent out, and get to work. It’s a busy life here at the bazar, but we wouldn’t really know what to do with ourselves if it was any quieter. We just take it day by day.
