We’ve been set up here at Flat 101 in the Costa Maple building for a bit now. Osmanpura is a busy spot, and being on the first floor makes it easy for people to just drop in when they’re nearby. The CTS numbers are a bit of a mouthful, 17052 and 17053, but that’s just how the land records go. S 1 NIDHI LIMITED is basically just us helping folks around here handle their small savings and lending things. It isn't a huge fancy office, just a practical space where we sit and go over paperwork. Most days, someone from the neighborhood pops in to ask a question or drop off a payment. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s no big reception desk or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we get the daily work done. The traffic around Osmanpura can get a little loud sometimes, but we don't mind it. It feels good to be right in the middle of where people live and work. We started this because we saw a need for something local. People know where to find us if they need to talk about their accounts. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is where we end up chatting more than in the office itself. It’s just how things go around here. We try to keep our books tidy and make sure everyone gets treated fairly. Nothing too complicated, just a local place for local people to manage their money.
