We’ve been here at Plot No. 160-161 in Tilak Nagar for quite some time now. Ruby Heart Centre Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy place with gold-plated walls or those expensive leather chairs you see in big corporate offices. It’s just where we show up every day to help people who are having trouble with their hearts. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when it feels like everyone in the neighborhood decided to come in at once. We try to keep things organized with a token system, but honestly, sometimes the paperwork just piles up on the front desk and we have to scramble to catch up. People come from all over this part of town. My cousin used to live just two blocks down the street, so I know this area is always moving. We have a few doctors who have been with us since the doors first opened and some newer faces who are still learning where we keep the extra pens. It’s mostly about getting the tests done and making sure everyone understands their results without using too many big words. We don't do any of those flashy advertisements you see on billboards. Most people find us because their neighbor or a cousin told them we were okay. We keep the lights on and the machines running. It’s a simple setup, really. We just open up in the morning and do what needs doing until the sun goes down and it's time to head home to our families.
