Royal Tools Agencies is located at New No.21, which used to be Old No.11, on Errabalu Chetty Street. If you know this part of Chennai, you know it’s a very old and very busy area. The streets are packed with shops and people carrying all sorts of hardware. Our place is full of tools from floor to ceiling. Sometimes it feels like we have more stuff than we have room for. We’ve got shelves that go way up, and you need a ladder just to see what’s on top. It’s not a modern showroom with bright lights and glass displays. It’s more of a traditional hardware agency where you tell us what you need and we find it for you. Most of our day is spent talking to customers who come in looking for specific parts or tools for their own businesses. We know our stock pretty well, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. The building is old, with high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler than the street outside. We don't do much in the way of fancy promotions. Most people come to us because their fathers or grandfathers used to buy tools here. It’s a steady kind of life, surrounded by hammers, wrenches, and the constant hum of the city right outside our door. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years, one tool at a time.
