Our location is at Plot No. Rh-57/02 in the MIDC area of Bajaj Nagar, Waluj. We are quite close to the Alphonsa English School, which means we have to be careful with the traffic when school starts and ends. Being in the industrial area is practical for us since we handle sales for parts and equipment that factories nearby use. The building is a simple structure with a lot of storage space for our stock. We have rows of shelves that go up to the ceiling, mostly filled with boxes of hardware and components. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it functions well for what we need. We have a couple of desks near the entrance where we talk to customers and write out the receipts. Sometimes the dust from the MIDC roads gets inside, so we are always wiping down the counters. We have a small tea kettle in the back that gets a lot of use throughout the day. Most of the people who come in are from the plants around here, so we’ve become familiar faces over the years. We don't really do any big advertising or anything. People just know we are here near the school and they stop by when they need something. It is a quiet life of buying and selling, and we are happy to be part of the Waluj community.
