Aurangabad is a big hub, so it makes sense for us to be here. The office is just a regular plot where we manage the business side of things. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. The sign is hand-painted and the furniture is mismatched. It doesn't really matter as long as we can get the work done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and other farmers. It can get pretty noisy in the office when everyone is talking at once. We deal with all sorts of agricultural produce coming in from the surrounding districts. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to figure out the best timing for everything. We aren't corporate types; we’re just people who know about farming and want to run a decent business. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them eventually. It’s a busy life here in CIDCO, but we enjoy the pace of it. We keep a pot of tea going all day because someone is always dropping by to talk business.
