Out here at plot no.A-38 in the five star midc area of Shendra, it’s a bit quieter than the main city. We moved Rayon illuminations and energy solutions pvt ltd here because we needed the space for the bigger projects. The building is fairly large, and we have a lot of floor space that usually has parts and components spread out on tables. It’s a long drive out for some of the staff, but we like the open space. The sunlight hits the front windows quite hard in the evening, so we have some old curtains up. We don’t really do fancy meetings; we just stand around the main table and talk about what needs doing for the day. Sometimes we have issues with the internet because of the location, but we manage. Most of the time, the guys are busy in the back section where the main assembly happens. We keep a lot of inventory on those tall metal shelves that go up to the ceiling. It can get a bit cold in the winter months since the ceiling is so high. We have a small kitchen area where someone usually brings in snacks to share. It’s a practical setup. We don't bother much with decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work on the benches. It’s a solid team we have here, and most of us have been together since we opened this branch. We keep things simple and just focus on the daily tasks.
