We are located out in Bajaj Nagar, in the Midc Waluj area of Aurangabad. Specifically, we're at Rl 80. Being in an industrial zone like Midc means we are right in the thick of things. Our work focuses on infratech, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the technical side of building and development. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of coordination involved and things can get pretty busy around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. The team is local, and we know our way around the different sectors in Aurangabad. We aren't really into big speeches or trying to impress people with corporate jargon. We just show up every day and try to get the work done right. Sometimes the days are long, and we’re dealing with technical issues that take a lot of head-scratching to solve. But that’s what we do. We have a simple setup here in the office for planning and meetings. Most of the real action happens out at the project sites. We've seen how much Waluj has developed over the years, and it's interesting to be part of that growth. We just keep our focus on the current projects and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s a practical business run by people who actually understand how things are built on the ground and don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty.
