Raka & Baheti Associates

Down here at Raka Lifestyle in Jyoti Nagar, you will find our office. Raka & Baheti Associates has been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch of time. We mostly handle things related to the buildings and local space around here. It is a small operation, really. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking over plans or documents. We are not trying to be some huge firm from the city. We like it here in Jyoti Nagar. The office is usually open early, and there is always a pot of tea or coffee going. If you stop by, you will probably see one of us sorting through files or talking to a contractor. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with property and making sure things are running okay. It is a lot of practical work, not the kind of stuff you see in movies. Sometimes the paperwork gets stacked up high, but we get through it. People know where to find us if they have a question about a lease or a bit of land nearby. We have known some of our clients for years, since they were just starting out. That is the nice thing about being in one spot for a long time. You get to know the families and the businesses nearby. We just keep things simple and do the work that needs doing. It is a steady way to spend the day.
