RAJNANDINI PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Rajnandini Projects Private Limited is located at the Moreshwar Housing Society in the Garkheda area. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 10, which is part of S.No 57. It is a nice, relatively quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of the city. We didn't want a big office in a glass tower, so this housing society setup suits us just fine. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. Our office is basically a few rooms where we keep our project files and meet with people. We handle various local projects and the team is mostly made up of folks from around here. We aren't trying to be some giant company that everyone knows. We just want to do a decent job on the work we take on. Sometimes the office is empty because we are all out at a site checking on progress. If you stop by, don't expect a lot of corporate polish. We have some blueprints on the tables and a few old chairs for visitors. We don’t do much advertising because most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know what we do. It is a very practical, no-nonsense way to run a business. We like being in Garkheda and being part of the local scene. It’s just a group of us working hard to get things built and managed properly without making a big fuss about it.
