Rajgati Urban Multipurpose Nidhi Limited

Our place is at Plot Number 6 in Garkheda, Aurangabad. We are in the CIDCO area, specifically at S No-15/16, Ns4. It’s a well-known part of the city. The office is a practical space where we handle the Nidhi business. Garkheda is a busy neighborhood, so there are always people moving around outside. We’ve got a straightforward setup. There is a desk for the manager and a couple of tables for the staff. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture that doesn't serve a purpose. People come in to talk about their savings or to see about a small loan. It’s all very urban and fast-moving compared to the village offices. We spend a lot of time on the computer and answering the phone. The office can get a bit loud when the street noise comes in, but we are used to it by now. We try to stay on top of the regulations and keep our records straight. It’s a serious business but we keep a friendly vibe. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or polished pitches. We just explain the terms and help people get their documents ready. It’s a local business for the people living in the CIDCO blocks. We open up in the morning and stay until the accounts for the day are closed. It is just a normal, everyday office in a busy part of Aurangabad where we do our work and see our regular members.
