Rahul Lohade & Associates

Rahul Lohade & Associates is based out of Suresh Bhavan. If you know where the Bank of Maharashtra is on Chouraha Road, we are right above it in room A-2. Kiran Chawdi is a familiar landmark for most people around here in Aurangabad. Being in the HO area means there’s always something going on. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. It’s an older building, Suresh Bhavan, but it has a lot of character. We like being upstairs because it’s a little quieter than the street level, though you can still hear the bank customers coming and going. The stairs are right there when you walk in. Most of the time, we are just busy with files and meetings. It is a practical space for our work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and head home. Aurangabad is home for us, and this office is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The Chouraha Road intersection gets quite crowded during peak times, so we usually see a lot of people passing by our window. It’s a good spot if you need to run other errands nearby while visiting us. We don't use fancy decorations or have a lobby with coffee. It's just desks, chairs, and our files. If you need to find us, just look for the bank sign and head up to the second floor area. We are here and ready to do the daily work.
