Our office is at Plot No 10 in Bhagatsing Nagar, which is part of the Garkheda area in Aurangabad. We decided to set up here because it's a central enough spot for our team to get around. The whole idea behind this place is getting doctors to people's bedsides. It's right there in the name. We aren't a big hospital with hundreds of beds. Instead, we have a small administrative space where we coordinate everything. Aurangabad can get really busy, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard for our staff to get from one side of town to the other, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to families and figuring out schedules. It's not a very glamorous job. There’s a lot of logbooks and scheduling charts involved. We started this because we saw a lot of older folks struggling to make it to clinics. It’s much easier for them if someone just comes to their house. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy marketing plans. It's just a few of us trying to make sure the doctors get to where they're needed on time. Sometimes the weather is bad and things get delayed, but we always call and let people know. It's a very direct way of working. We just do our best to keep things running smoothly every day without any big corporate talk or complicated rules.
