We are located in the MIDC Chikalthana area of Aurangabad. Specifically, we’re at Millennium Park, flat A1 501 on plot E 26 and 27. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means it’s always busy around here. There are a lot of trucks and workers moving about, which is fine by us. We’ve been in this office for a bit now, managing different real estate tasks that come our way. It’s a regular apartment that we use for the business. Nothing too special about the decor, just desks and a lot of folders. We focus on what’s happening in this part of Aurangabad because we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction gets in, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of people from the factories and local residents. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things clearly so everyone is on the same page. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just sit down and look at what’s available on the market. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different parties. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like being here. The area has a lot of energy. We’re just local people trying to make a living by helping others find the right plots or homes in this busy corner of the city. It is just plain work for us.
