Parivartan Fertilizers Private Limited

Our place, Parivartan Fertilizers Private Limited, is over in Priyadarshani Colony in New Jalna. We are on plot number 180, sitting on survey numbers 111 and 116. Jalna is a big hub for this kind of stuff, so we fit right in. The office is in a residential-looking colony, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the big industrial zones. We spend our days dealing with fertilizers. It is a seasonal business, so some months are incredibly busy and others are a bit slower. When it’s time for planting, the phone doesn't stop ringing. We have bags of samples lying around and plenty of paperwork. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust from the samples. It is not a polished showroom. It’s a working office. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. We know the local farmers and the other dealers in Sambhaji Nagar. We don't do big presentations. We just talk about the soil and what the crops need. The weather is always on our minds because it dictates everything we do. If the rain is late, everyone is stressed. We just try to keep the supply moving so no one is left waiting when they need to get into the fields. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not let it get to us. We just take it one day at a time.
