Pankaj Gents Beauty Parlour

Down on Bel Road in the Obra Market area, that is where Pankaj Gents Beauty Parlour is located. We are right in the middle of the market in Aurangabad, Bihar. It is a small shop and we mostly serve the local men who work in the market or live nearby. We do the usual stuff like haircuts and shaves and maybe a face wash if someone asks for it. The shop has been here for a while and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint but it works fine for us. We have a couple of large mirrors and those heavy barber chairs that spin around. In the summer the power goes out sometimes so we keep some hand fans ready for the customers. It is a practical place. People come in and get their hair cut and talk about the weather or the crop prices and then they head back to work. We do not have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We keep our razors sharp and our towels as clean as we can. Sometimes the kids come in after school for a trim. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside so we are always wiping down the glass shelves. It is just a regular part of life here in Obra. We open early in the morning and stay open until the market starts to shut down. It is not fancy but it gets the job done for the people in our town.
