Our place is located at House No.74 in the St Colony area of Mukundwadi, right here in Aurangabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass-walled office districts you see in the bigger cities. Pandurang Krupa Consultancy Services Private Limited is the full name of our little operation. Since we work out of a house, it has a very lived-in feel. We’ve got our desks set up in what used to be regular rooms, and there is usually some laundry hanging nearby or the smell of someone’s cooking coming from down the street. It’s a comfortable way to work. We don't have a big sign out front or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us already know where we are. We spend most of our time doing consultancy work, which mostly means sitting at our desks and talking through problems with folks who stop by. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out the best way forward for whatever situation is on the table. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. Our team is small, just a few of us who have lived in Aurangabad for years. We like the quiet rhythm of Mukundwadi. It lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here; we just do our jobs and go home to our families when the sun starts to go down.
