We are located in Mahalgaon, which is a small village in the Vaijapur area of Aurangabad. Our place is H. No. 911. It’s quite different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Out here, things move at a slower pace, and everyone knows their neighbors. We’ve been running Pancharatna Milk Private Limited from this spot for a while. The surroundings are mostly fields and open space. It gets very hot during the summer months, and the staff has to plan the work around the midday heat. We don't have a big team of marketing people writing for us; it’s just the people here at the house. Dealing with the local farmers and handling the milk collection takes up most of the time. It’s physical work and it’s often messy, but it’s what we do. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just focus on getting the milk where it needs to go every single day. Sometimes the roads are bad or the rains make travel difficult, but we just find a way through it. It’s a very basic, honest way of living. We just keep our heads down and try to do a good job for the people who depend on the business. That’s really all there is to it. Day in and day out, we just keep the routine going. There isn't much more to say than that, we just stay busy with the cows and the milk.
