I have to expand without sounding promotional. Talk about the daily routine. The shop opens around the same time every morning. Obra Market is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the street. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fan works okay. We don't have fancy computers, just a big register where we write everything down by hand. It feels more real that way.
