Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited

We are located over at Midc Waluch. Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited has been part of this industrial area for quite some time. If you know Waluch, you know it is all about manufacturing and hard work. Our facility handles a lot of different chemical and pharmaceutical processes. It is a big site, not like a small shop in the city. There is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in and out. We have a lot of people working shifts here to keep things moving. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is important. We deal with a lot of raw materials that come in through the main gates daily. The office part of the building is just as busy as the production floor. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just charts, safety notices, and schedules. Working in an MIDC area means we are surrounded by other plants and factories. We are used to the dust and the noise. Most of our staff lives nearby, so there is a real sense of local connection. We just focus on meeting our production targets and making sure everything is handled safely. There is no time for corporate talk here. We just get the job done and head home at the end of the shift. We have been here for years and we know how the industrial cycle works in this part of town.
