Opsture (Opc) Private Limited is located at Flat No 06 in Tukaram Angan. This is part of Gat No 86 over in Bhairavnath Nagar. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the signs to find us. The office is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen and a small balcony where we go to get some air when things get stressful. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know their jobs well. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don’t wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. If someone needs to take a break or run an errand, they just go. We trust each other to get the work finished. The building is usually quiet during the day because most people are out at their own jobs. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a lot of power strips for our gear. It’s a practical setup. We don't like spending money on things we don't need. The area is growing, and we see new shops opening up all the time. Sometimes the water supply is a bit irregular, so we keep a few buckets filled just in case. It’s just a normal part of living and working in this neighborhood. We do our best to stay organized and keep everything on track without making things too complicated for ourselves. Most days we just focus on the computer work and making sure we answer all our messages before we head home for the evening.
