Saoji Multispeciality Hospital

Being at the hospital on Jalna Road is always a bit chaotic. At Saoji Multispeciality, we don't really have "quiet" days. From the moment the morning shift starts at Shriniketan Colony, it’s just a lot of walking back and forth. You hear the stretchers rolling and the constant hum of the machines in the rooms. We aren't like those huge corporate hospitals where everything looks like a five-star hotel. Our floors are clean, but they show the wear and tear of a lot of feet passing through every day. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we all know each other's habits. Sometimes we're short on sleep, especially after a long night shift, but someone always brings in some snacks or extra tea to keep us going. Patients come in with all sorts of worries, and we just try to talk to them like regular people. There’s no point in using big words if someone is just scared. We deal with the paperwork as best as we can, though nobody actually likes doing it. It’s a lot of filing and checking names. Outside, the traffic on Jalna Road is always noisy, but once you're inside the walls of Plot No. 32, you just focus on what needs to be done. It’s hard work, and some days are tougher than others when things don't go right.
