We operate out of the industrial estate in Chikalthana. Our office is located right where Sunil Wooden Electrical Accessories is. It’s an industrial area, which means it’s full of trucks, noise, and people working hard. That suits us because we’re in the construction and infra business. We don't have a plush office with carpets. It’s more about functionality for us. We need a place to look at big blueprints and keep our records. Chikalthana is a good base for us because we’re close to other industries and suppliers. We don't have any scripted marketing language. We’re just real people who know how to build. Sometimes the work is exhausting, and the weather doesn’t help, but we just get on with it. We don't make big promises or use fancy terms to describe our work. We build roads, buildings, and other infrastructure, and we try to do it as honestly as we can. Most of our time is spent out on the actual sites, so the office is often quiet. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a job that we can be okay with at the end of the day. Being in an estate like this keeps us grounded. We talk to other business owners and share the same challenges. It’s a straightforward life, focusing on the basics of building and moving forward.
