Nirmay Hospital

Being right by the Railway Station makes this hospital a very busy place to work. There is always the sound of trains and whistles in the background, and the foot traffic never really stops. We get a lot of people who are just passing through or who live right by the tracks. It is a practical building, nothing too fancy, just rooms and halls that have seen a lot of use. We have to be ready for anything because of where we are located. Sometimes people come in straight from the platform if they aren't feeling well. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look polished. Our focus is just on the patients and getting them what they need. The staff here is used to the noise and the fast pace of the Railway Station area. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the night shifts. It can be a bit overwhelming for new people, but you get used to the rhythm of the trains and the patients. We keep our supplies stocked and the floors mopped. It’s a tough job sometimes, but we are just here to do the medical work that needs doing in this part of town. There is always someone coming or going, and we just keep the doors open and the lights on for whoever needs us. It's a simple, honest way to run a hospital in a hectic spot. We just take things as they come and try our best.
