Nirmaan Constro Projects is just a small setup operating out of Bajajnagar here in Aurangabad. You can find us at Plot No. RM 106/08, right near where Dhiwar A.R. stays. We spend most of our days dealing with site visits and paperwork that seems to never end. It's not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a plain place where we get our work done. The area around Bajajnagar has been growing quite a bit lately, so there is always noise from new buildings going up nearby. We started this because we knew the local area well. Most of the people working here are from around this part of Aurangabad. We don't really have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to handle the project stuff. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's how things go around here. People stop by to talk about their plans, and we try to figure out how to make them work. We've been at this address for a while now. It's a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main city center, but we like it here. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, which helps us get through the long afternoons. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people hearing about us from someone else. It's a simple way to run things.
