Aurangabad can be a busy place, but here in Mahalaxmi Colony, it’s a bit calmer. Nikhilesh Urban Nidhi Limited is situated at House No 07 in the N-2 area. It’s basically a residential spot converted slightly for our work. You walk through the gate and there we are. We have a few desks and some files stacked up. People from the colony come by to talk about their monthly savings. It’s nice because we see the same faces every day. We aren't trying to be some giant financial hub. We just want to make sure the people around N-2 have a place to go. Sometimes the neighbors bring over snacks while we're working. The sign outside is plain. We don't have those flashing lights or big ads. Inside, it’s just us and the ledger books. We explain the numbers to the elders who might not understand the bank apps. My desk always has a stack of forms that need signing. It’s a lot of paper, honestly. We try to keep it organized but things get messy when it’s busy. Aurangabad summers are tough, so the cooler is always running. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We're just part of the street. No fancy talk, just helping out with money matters for the folks in the neighborhood. It's a steady routine from morning till the sun goes down. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off when we leave, but everyone knows we're closed anyway.
