Navnath Constro Projects Llp is located in the CIDCO area of Aurangabad. We are at Plot Number 4A in N-4, in a place named after Shri Bhaskarrao Digambarao Sanap. It’s a very local part of the city, and we’ve been operating from here for a good while. The office is a straightforward building where we manage our construction projects. We don’t have a big glass front or any of that fancy corporate stuff. It’s just a practical workspace with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of site plans. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We spend our mornings going through the progress reports and making sure the supplies are moving to where they need to be. Aurangabad can get quite dusty and hot, but we’ve got some fans and it’s a comfortable enough place to work. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation; we’re just a local business doing our part in the construction sector. You’ll usually find someone drinking tea and talking on the phone with a contractor. It’s the kind of place where things get done without much fuss. We like being in CIDCO because it’s a growing area and we feel like part of the neighborhood. It’s been our home base for several years, and we don’t plan on changing that anytime soon.
