N. K. Constructions is located in Aurangabad. You can find us at Plot No.11, which is part of G.No. 139 (P) in Skala Nagar. We are right near Chatrapati Nagar and located in the Satara Parisar area, just off the Beed By Pass Road. It is a growing part of the city. Being near the bypass makes it easy for us to get to different sites around Aurangabad. Our office is a practical space where we look at plans and talk to people about their projects. It is not fancy, but it works for us. We have been in Skala Nagar for some time and have seen the neighborhood change as more houses went up. The Satara Parisar area is usually quite busy during the day with all the traffic on the bypass. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making sure the construction work goes as it should. We spend a lot of time on the dusty roads of Aurangabad checking on things. If you are looking for Plot 11, it is fairly easy to spot once you get into the Skala Nagar lanes. We like being in this part of town because it feels like we are right where the action is for new buildings. We do our best to stay busy and manage the daily tasks that come with being in this trade.
